Q: I like the trend of neon, but I’m not sure if I can commit to an all out shirt or sweater. Any tips on how to incorporate this trend into the wardrobe?
A: Neon can be a little scary. I’ll admit myself it took a long time before I took the plunge and bought my first neon shirt.
I started out small with a pair of (very loud) neon ballet flats. You can find them at just about any shoe store ranging from $15 to $200 depending on the style and shop.
Clutch purses are also a great way to rock the neon look. Rebecca Minkoff has a line of bags that add a punch of neon to any outfit. The Rebecca Minkoff Cory & Girlie Pouches are great. But if you’re like me and have too many things to carry,
I’d recommend going with the Rebecca Minkoff Mac with Lime Green Piping. (Pictured.)
