Our smashing Bollywood divas have a way about them that leave fans wanting more… whether we are looking at the expressionless Katrina Kaif, dimpled Deepika Padukone, charming Vidya Balan or the sexy Anushka Sharma – they all have the X-factor.

Kaif, who ranks as the number 1 actress this year, has generated quite a lot of buzz on the personal front with her Ibiza holiday highlight – Ranbir Kapoor. We are also keeping in mind that her blockbuster ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ last year and ‘Jab Tak Hain Jaan’ with Shah Rukh Khan and Anushka Sharma earlier this year and anticipation for ‘Dhoom 3′ releasing on December 20 has kept her on top of the popularity charts. Add to that her latest statement of dancing at Ranbir Kapoor’s wedding and she has hit the jackpot.

Deepika Padukone, on the other hand, had three major super-hits to account for her number 2 position – ‘Race 2′, ‘Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani’, ‘Chennai Express’ and all the controversy surrounding ‘Ram Leela’. Along with that was the buzz on clashes with Kaif regarding ex-boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, to make sure she was never out of the gossip columns.

Not surprising on number 3 is  Sonam Kapoor with her two hits – ‘Ranjhaana’ and ‘Bhaag Milkha Bhaag’ that generated rave reviews even outside India. The beauty was even seen on the ramp at the India International Jewellery Week.

Take a look at the hottest the top 10 heroines this year rated on the basis of their popularity, performance and visibility.
