Indian model-actress Lisa Haydon says fitness should be an important part of everyone’s life and not just models, according to an item in The Hindustan Times.

“I think being fit is compulsory not just for modelling but for anybody in life. I mean, health is wealth at the end of the day,” the 26-year-old told the media outlet in Mumbai Tuesday at the launch of Maxim Flex, an annual magazine on health and fitness featuring Haydon on the cover of the inaugural edition.

“In modelling, it is important to look good. So I guess fitness goes hand-in-hand with looking good and everybody should work out,” she added.

Haydon made her debut in Bollywood with Aisha and was later seen in Rascals.
