A Pakistani court has issued arrest warrants for Bollywood actress Meera and her husband after an alleged sex video of the couple was leaked online, according to Britain’s Daily Mail.

The court judge issued the warrants based on a petition that accuses Meera and her husband, Captain Navid Shahzad, an airline pilot – both who are settled in the U.S. – “of committing a sin by filming their sexual act,” the Daily Mail reported.

“The couple spread obscenity in society and challenged Islamic values,” the petition alleges.

The video in question was released online a couple of months ago, but quickly removed by The Pakistan Telecommunications Authority at Meera’s request, who claimed the video was a fake, according to the British tabloid.

“It is a fake video as the girl in it has put on a ‘Meera face mask’,” Meera said. “The video should be sent to the U.S. for forensic tests as Pakistan has no such facility.”

While Meera denies her involvement in the video, her husband was reported as saying there shouldn’t be any controversy because they’re a married couple.

“Those making hue and cry over (our sex) video should stop propagating against us,” he said.

The judge has directed police to produce the couple in court on April 2, according to the Daily Mail
