One of Hollywood’s greats, Robert De Niro, made his rounds in India for Goa’s annual ThiNK festival.

ThiNK 2013, which ran Nov. 8 to 10, is billed as India’s “most eclectic, thought-provoking and egalitarian platform for ideas from across the globe.”

The annual festival brings in prominent speakers from many disciplines like politics, technology, science, literature, medicine, environment, pop culture, business, media, religion, sport, cinema, the arts, etc.

A number of Bollywood stars attended the festival, many of which posted to social media about their meet-and-greets and sightings of De Niro, who was in the Indian city for the event.

On Nov. 6, Shabana Azmi tweeted about lunching with the actor in Delhi and on Friday Amitabh Bachchan tweeted about spotting him in the crowd during his very own THiNK discussion.

“Just finished my conversation at THiNK…exciting and exhilarating…and in the audience, Mr. Robert De Niro! Stumped for words,” the 71-year-old posted on Twitter.

Bollywood starlet Priyanka Chopra also posted a photo of her and De Niro to Instagram, which said “he came and took over!.”

Goa’s annual THiNK festival came to a close on Sunday.
