Student of the Year star Siddharth Malhotra is the first man to appear twice on a Men’s Health India cover, according to Britain’s Daily Mail.

Seven years ago – before Malhotra ever entered Bollywood – he was a part time model, which is when he landed the Men’s Health India Feb. 2007 cover. He was only 22-years-old.

Shortly after his shoot, he moved to Mumbai and got a job assisting Bollywood’s acclaimed director Karan Johar, which is how he landed his debut as an actor with Student of the Year.

“A lot has changed in the last seven years since I first shot for MH,” Malhotra told the Daily Mail. “The biggest change is that I am much more confident about myself now.”

He now finds himself back  on the cover of Men’s Health India for the April 2014 issue. Read his feature in the magazine here.
