When last did you stand on your head? Perhaps spinal twists and pretzel poses are your thing. Or maybe you just like balancing like a tree, resting in corpse pose or mimicking a snake in cobra pose.
Whatever your yoga fancy, this coming weekend Nov. 9-11 you can try out different yoga styles with various yoga instructors at the Vancouver Yoga Conference at the Convention Center. To register follow this link and sort through the offering of classes.

You can also use the FREE Ticket attached to enter the Conference where you can browse new yoga products and bask in the glow of good yogi energy all around you while observing the yoga classes if you prefer not to get on the mat yourself!
There will also be two evening events on the Friday and Saturday evening:
Will Blunderfield will be performing inspirational Kirtan music on Friday, Nov. 9, from 8-10 p.m. ($5) and Yoga Trance Dance with Maria Garre will take place Saturday, Nov. 10, from 8 -10 p.m. ($5)
