Cool Sunday morning in Delhi, clear day ahead

New Delhi, Nov 11 (IANS) It was a cool and misty Sunday morning in the capital with the minimum temperature settling at 14 degrees Celsius – average for this time of the season. The Met office has forecast a clear day ahead.

“Even as shallow mist enveloped the city early morning, the day will be clear,” an official of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) said.

The maximum temperature is likely to touch 29 degrees Celsius, the IMD official added.

The humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 90 percent.

Saturday’s maximum temperature was a notch above average at 30.9 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was average for this time of the year at 13.9 degrees Celsius.
