Los Angeles, Feb 5 (IANS) British comedian Russell Brand has reportedly suggested to actress friend Demi Moore to visit yoga retreats in India, which can help her get over her split from estranged husband Ashton Kutcher.
Brand, who has been associated with yoga for a long time, parted ways with ex-wife Katy Perry after 11 months of marriage in 2012 and the yoga retreats helped him move on from the heartache, he says.
He wants Moore to experience the spiritual healing powers of yoga, reports thesun.co.uk.
“Russell and Demi have become friends since she started his yoga class. He remembers how much yoga and meditation helped him after his split with Katy Perry and feels it will help Demi, too,” a source said.
“Spiritual retreats can be hard work, but if you’re in the right frame of mind they are really beneficial,” the source added.
Kutcher was found cheating on Moore on their sixth wedding anniversary in November 2011.
