A 25-year-old Indian man celebrating Holi in New Delhi was bludgeoned to death after he and two friends had an argument over sleeping arrangements, according to the Times of India .

Bharat Chaudry was drinking with two friends to celebrate India’s Festival of Colours on March 17 when the trio decided to share a bed to save money. But as the evening wrapped up, the friends got into a heated row over who was hogging the blankets, CEN News reported.

Indian police were called to the scene around 7 p.m. and found Chaudry dead from multiple head injuries.

Chaudry’s friends, Raju Tiwari and Daleep Tripathi (who was out on bail from a previous arrest in a rape case) confessed to the crime.
