Shiv Sena wants Lok Sabha adjourned Thursday

New Delhi, Nov 21 (IANS) Shiv Sena MP Anant Geete has requested Lok Sabha Speaker Meira Kumar to adjourn the house Thursday as a mark of respect to departed party chief Bal Thackeray, who passed away Nov 17.

“I made the appeal to the speaker and to all the party leaders,” Geete told IANS Wednesday after the all−party meet called by the Speaker to chalk out the agenda for the winter session of parliament starting Nov 22.

Geete said he would meet Meira Kumar Thursday morning in this regard.
