HAMBANTOTA, Sri Lanka — Sri Lanka captain Mahela Jayawardene has won the toss and sent New Zealand to bat first in the fourth one-day international at Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium, Hambantota on Saturday.
Sri Lanka has a 2-0 lead and will look to clinch the five-match, while New Zealand must win to stay alive.
Prolific Sri Lanka opener Tillakaratne Dilshan has been rested because of a back injury and is replaced by Dilnesh Chandimal. New Zealand dropped allrounder Jacob Oram and seamer Kyle Mills.
Rain started soon after the toss and the play is likely to be delayed.
