MONTREAL — The Star Alliance group of airlines has expanded its Asia Airpass to include Bangladesh, Nepal, Pakistan and Sri Lanka.
The pass will now cover over 235 destinations in countries ranging from China and the Philippines to Indonesia, Cambodia and Mongolia, Star Alliance said.
Passengers can use the pass to take between three and 10 flights with carriers including Asiana, Air China, Lufthansa, ANA, Singapore Airlines and United.
Fares are calculated based on the flights chosen and offer better value than buying individual airline tickets, according to Star Alliance.
