“They [went] — but she didn’t.”
The family reported her missing five days later on March 2.
Kahlon is described as a quiet person who prefers to keep to herself.
She is five feet, five inches tall, 110 pounds with long hair and dark brown eyes.
She was wearing an ivory-coloured jacket, long blue scarf, black skirt, grey tights and black heels. She was also carrying a large crocodile-hide textured brown purse.
Police believe Kahlon works in downtown Vancouver but are not sure. They have also not been provided information regarding how long she has lived in Canada, or if she has any friends in the Vancouver area.
Anyone who knows Kahlon — or her whereabouts — is asked to call the Richmond RCMP at 604-278-1212. Anonymous tipsters can call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
